Obligations of IASO:
1. Monitoring the Member’s activity, and supervising its adherence to the implementing of the abiding rules of obtaining overfly and landing clearances from the civil aviation authority, and the work clearances issued by it in this regard.
2. providing the civil aviation authority with all information, upon their request about the Member, its nature of business, its credibility in adherence to the effective rules and regulations, and verifying its identity.
3. Assuring that the member adhere to the provisions given by the work authorizing sides, and informing The civil aviation authority with the same.
4. Assuring that the member deals with the civil aviation authority according to the standards of quality, efficiency and transparency.
5. Assisting the members in resolving any dispute may arise in dealing with the civil aviation authority.
6. Assisting the members in resolving any dispute may arise in dealing with the ground handling companies in airports.
7. Assisting the members in resolving any dispute may arise in dealing with the fuel company.

Obligations of The Registered Member:
1- Facilitate the work of the International Aviation Services Organization (IASO) in assessing the performance of the aviation companies by providing support, and all required information to carry out the technical evaluation for it.
2- Abide by the rules and regulations of the civil aviation authority.
3- Inform the organization about any dispute may arise between it and the civil aviation authority, other ground handling, or fuel companies.
4- Provide the organization with the names of the aviation companies who do not pay for provided services for example but not limited to refueling and ground handling invoices after more than four months of issuing these invoices, and send copies of these invoices along with a copy of the correspondences between the company and the airline to prove that this airline company is refusing to pay for these invoices.
5- Commit to pay the invoices of the civil aviation periodically and without any delay regarding overfly fees for the airlines.
6- The member are required to pay for IASO’s the agreed annual fees for a one-year membership.

All information contained in the agreement and exchanged between IASO and the member shall be deemed confidential. No such information may be disclosed to any person in any manner by either party without getting the other party’s prior written consent thereon.
Amendment of the Agreement:
The organization reserves the right to amend or revise this agreement in accordance with a written memo to be sent to the member.
All correspondences or communications regarding this agreement of cooperation must be in writing, delivered in person, sent by fax, via express delivery service, or registered mail. In every case, it must be sent to all mentioned parties along with the above mentioned fax numbers.
